Tuesday was a post apocalyptic day as Obsidian offered fresh details related to the upcoming Fallout: New Vegas, including the addition of a powerful orbital laser, which could be used daily and a faction setup at the beginning of the game. This just as Doom II was announced as coming a day later to Xbox Live, complete with a graphical upgrade and controls perfectly adapted to consoles.

On Wednesday, Shaquille O'Neal was revealed as being a completely playable fighter in the new UFC Undisputed 2010 from THQ, with some complex button presses needed to unlock him, while The Creative Assembly showed off a new campaign for Napoleon: Total War, focusing on the Spanish theater of conflict.

Thursday was all about basketball and videogames, as EA Sports announced that NBA Live would be known as NBA Elite, while a rumor popped up that Michael Jordan, the legend, might be the main focus of NBA 2K11.

On Friday, Electronic Arts announced that it planned to put out Need for Speed World, its free-to-play racing MMO, on July 20, with preorders available for all those interested. At the same time, EA Sports revealed that FIFA Online was already in open beta stage.
