It might be a day rumored to induce bad luck, but that has not stopped us from rounding up the game-related content on Softpedia for the previous week, including the review of The Walking Dead, the surprisingly well-written and engaging adventure title from Telltale Game that uses an episodic structure.

We also have two Quick Looks for this week: one for Warlock – Master of the Arcane, a turn-based strategy game that focuses on fantasy and tactical battles, and one for Spec Ops: The Line, a third person shooter which flies to Dubai and gets covered in sand and buried under rubble.

We also featured a Gamer Diary for Legend of Grimrock, the old school role-playing and dungeon exploration experience.

As always, we delivered two Weekend Reading features: one linked to the way Elder Scrolls Online will be related to subscriptions, and one about the BioShock Infinite delay and its implications.

And we offer a look at my gaming habits for the weekend, via EndWeekGame before plunging into the most interesting news of the last seven days.

On Monday, we heard from Blizzard about Diablo III and its Inferno mode, which is even tougher than players realize, while High Moon talked about the adult nature of the story in Transformers: Fall of Cybertron.

Tuesday brought word that Microsoft launched the new 99 dollars Xbox 360 subscription bundle while EA Sports detailed the core five improvements that FIFA 13 will make to the franchise.

Wednesday, ArenaNet explained the philosophy behind paid character transfers for Guild Wars 2 just as the developers of The Elder Scrolls Online talked about the way their game will mix MMO and role playing concepts.

On Thursday, the CEO of Electronic Arts insisted that Star Wars: The Old Republic was a success despite the drop in subscribers, and BioWare suggested that the vorcha will be added to the multiplayer of Mass Effect 3.

On Friday, the NPD Group announced its figures for April, while Blizzard talked about the Auction House and their impact on the Diablo III player base.

Saturday we found out more about The Elder Scrolls Online, while Blizzard and Valve reached a deal on the use of the Dota name.
