14 DAY TRIAL // The developers at Genius Sonority, who are well known for their work on Nintendo-made handheld devices, have announced that they plan to launch a new 3DS title that will use the much-touted Augmented Reality features of the device.
The game is called Radio Wave People and will challenge the player to collect a number of radio wave persons by scanning them from the environment before assembling a party with complementary skills and taking on a demon lord.
The development effort on the game is led by Manabu Yamana, who is best known to role-playing fans for being one of the leading programmers on Dragon Quest from Square Enix.
A demo of the game is now available via the PlayStation Network for those who own a 3DS in Japan, allowing players to unlock an unique item in the game, and the full release will take place on February 8.
It is not yet clear whether Radio Wave People will also be launched on Western markets on February 22.
