  • The Jeweled chests should no longer end up empty. That being said it was a savefile bug, so if you currently have a saved floor then that specific floor's jeweled chest may still be bugged... However this bug should not happen after generating a new floor. If this bug persists please let me know and I will continue working on it.
  • running talented abilities, after specing for them in battle, should no longer cause a crash.
  • Counter spell will no longer bug out the game when cast on a preping mob

  • Spirit has been completely reworked, in the early game you should now have more regen, but at high amounts of spirit you should have less regen. I will be keeping an eye on this, but it feels better to me currently. Please feel free to add your input in :)
  • All skill's mana cost grows more slowly over time.
  • Warrior's Improved Armor Talent now does 8% per point up from 5% per point.
  • The "large" mini map is now actually larger, not just shows more.
  • The damage from strength has been raised slightly.
  • Spell damage from Int has be lowered slightly.
  • Added the class icon, and unit tool tip to selection portraits all around the town :)
  • The Tower Building now shows 5 of your heroes per row in order to match all other buildings.

  • Item armor has been reworked, the base values of armor have dropped slightly, but the maximum possible is higher.

New in Zavix Tower 1.27 Hotfix Early Access (Jul 29, 2016)

  • Warrior's Power Bleed now works properly.
  • Paladin's Fire and Brimstone now works properly.
  • The on screen control buttons have been grouped up and moved to the bottom right hand corner (by popular demand). The arrows look a bit funny, I just need to get them redone.
  • Your lootbag and your characters screen should now open automatically when loot becomes availible.
  • Mini map no longer goes over the treasure chest interface.
  • moved menus around a bit in order to have them not overlap while all open :)

New in Zavix Tower 1.27 Early Access (Jul 27, 2016)

  • The Fuse Items section of the Enchanter's shop is now availible. I will take in 3 items and create a new item of above the combined average level, and of between the min and max rarity of the items put in. This process destroys enchants.
  • Order of stats now match on the character screen and the attributes screen.
  • Armor reduction now properly recalcualtes when new gear or talents are applied.
  • The attributes page now states that those stats are base stats (meaning they dont include gear modidications).
  • Added the correct text for Reforging items in the enchanters shop.
  • The items that are placed in the reforge inventory will now be returned to your bag upon exiting.
  • Reduced the gold cost of hiring new mercs from the tavern by 20%.
  • Fixed a bug in the Enchanter's shop that could result in an item disappearing when trying to transfer it to the Reforging window.

  • New Paladin Skill: Seal of Judgment, The target of this spell takes 10% more damage for 3 turns.

  • New Paladin Talent: Eternal Judgment, Seal of Judgment now lasts one extra turn.
  • New Paladin Skill(Talented): Crusader's Fury, Does 50% damage to 3 seperate random targets. Takes both melee damage and spell damage into consideration.

  • New Boss: Ryaaksus (Ryaavaku's Father), is a Mature Red Dragon who is very skilled in magic. Ryaaksus is our level 45 boss.
  • Skills:
  • FlameStrike (same as mage spell)
  • Ignite (same as mage Spell)
  • Flame Missles: Randomly cast a flame missle at 4 targets. Flame Missles will add a burn to the target as well.
  • Dragon Intellect: casts the equivalent of Power Overwhelming on all allies.

  • Items now say "Helmet" and "Necklace" rather than their slot names of "Head" and "Neck".

  • New Mage spell: Ignite, Ignites all enemey burn damage effects for 125% of the effect's full damage over time effect. (this consumes the burn effects)
  • New Mage Spell: Blizzard, rains down damage on 2 random enemies per turn, the enemies get the Frost debuff. Lasts 3 turns.
  • New Mage Spell(Talent): Meteor, does heavy damage to the target, as well as half damage to all adjacent units. All damaged units will also burn for 3 turns.
  • New Warrior Skill(Talent): Mass Taunt, Mass Taunt taunts all enemies for 2 turns.
  • New Warrior Talent: Power Bleed, Power Strike will now also cause the target to bleed for 25% damage over 4 turns. This requires 5 points in Power Strike (Cleave has been moved down 1 row and now does not require points in powerstrike).
  • New Rogue Skill: Kidney Shot, Kidney shot does 100% weapon damage, as well as stuns the target for 1 turn. This skill has no cooldown.
  • New Rogue Talent: Open Wounds, Backstab now does 5% damage more damage per talent point, per bleed. (example: if there are 2 bleeds on a target, and you have 3 points in open wounds. Then back stab will do 30% more damage.)
  • Fixed a bug where new games would appear out of order.

  • Melee damage should be slightly higher.
  • More stats have been added to the unit tooltips
  • Another network bug should be solved.

  • Today's patch is mostly bug fixes and low rez textures. Overall the game should be more stable, and a few combat bugs were resolved, as well as the back screen bug.
  • The big deal today is low rez textures. This should help a ton on older machines, right now our surfaces are sitting at a solid 60FPS at all times on medium and below settings.

We will be adding Elite mobs from time to time, they are rare, and will only show up after their respective boss has been defeated (so level 6 and up for Spicedrum). We have BIG plans for Elite mobs, and all I can say now is that eventually you will be trying to find them in late game. This system will get put in probably late next week or early the week after...
  • Fixed the high level progression bug
  • Fixed a bug that let you get to the next way point after losing to the boss.
  • You will now see mobs in the back row from the beginning of the game.
