  • Added a Customize button to the main menu.
  • Added 2 hats as rewards for reaching level 15 and 35.

  • Visual Polish:
  • Kasumi's Clones now throw smoke bombs when they vanish.
  • Team Scraps are now filled with gold to make them more visually distinct from stunned robots.
  • Made the Giant Robot's distance from the camera more consistent across the different maps.
  • Bug Fixes:
  • Kasumi's Teleport no longer fails if grounded on the Scrap Yard.
  • The Giant Robot won't eat things that are held by Robots or Carry Drones.
  • Scraps don't stay invisible if a Kasumi player disconnects while carrying them.
  • Bjorn can't Throw people through the roof of the Foundry anymore.

  • Fixed a bug that could prevent newcomers from joining existing lobbies when using the Play Now button.
  • Fixed a bug that made it impossible to start a custom game if the host left before character select.

  • Dedicated Servers across the globe!
  • Balance Changes:
  • Giant Robot health recovered now 100 hp per point scored (was 250 per bin recycled)
  • Giant Robot healing aura now 3 hp / second (down from 5 hp / second)
  • Giant Robot undistracted time now 3 seconds (down from 4 seconds)
  • Bug Fixes:
  • Gameplay related achievements are no longer earned during a tutorial.
  • Tutorials no longer end immediately if played after a ranked game.
  • Miscellaneous:
  • Additional information now provided about number of players found when searching for a game.
  • Connection strength UI is now a bit more forgiving about what it considers a good connection, as we found gameplay was not as sensitive to lag as we originally anticipated.

New in Rustbucket Rumble 1.0.11 (May 16, 2015)

  • Patch 1.0.11 was deployed this morning. This patch has some improvements to networking and host selection as well as badge rewards for leveling up.
  • We've heard your feedback loud and clear that connection issues are a real pain. This patch contains a number of improvements that we wanted to get live as quickly as possible. That said, we're not done yet. We're still actively working on the networking experience, so you can look forward to seeing even more improvements in the future.
