  • KM Tier 11 CA Deutschland will receive an ammo increase from 240 to 720
  • KM Tier 11 DD Z1945C Type D will receive an ammo increase from 720 to 960
  • The speed of IJN Tier 9 CL Kitakami will be increased by 10%
  • The reload speed of all torpedo launchers will be reduced by 15%

  • Balance adjustment:
  • BB Torpedo damage will be increased by 5%
  • BB gun turning speed will be improved

  • A previously mentioned BB reload speed change has been removed to allow for better balance

  • Mastership reward system will be added:
  • When a player masters a ship within the research tab, the player will receive a Gold reward automatically in accordance to the following
  • 1~4 tier - no Gold reward
  • 5~7 tier - 100 Gold reward
  • 8~10 tier - 300 Gold reward
  • 11 tier - 1000 Gold reward
  • Classes will not matter
  • if a player masters a tier 11 BB and tier 5 CL, then the player will receive 1100 Gold.

  • Matchmaker conditions will revert to past default system.
  • Battles will no longer be prioritized into groups of tiers 1 - 5 and 6 - 12. Instead, all tiers will be prioritized in order to provide higher instances of normal battle room conditions over reserve battle conditions (this is subject to immediate change in accordance to server activity).
  • In addition, the tier restriction that was set on Platoon creations will be removed.

  • For battles, the server will match tiers 1 - 5 and 6 - 12 (this is subject to immediate change in accordance to server activity)
  • Players will be unable to create a Platoon if Platoon members have lower or higher tier ships.
  • Once a Platoon is created or joined, players will be unable to alter their selected ship.

New in Navy Field 2 Client 08.12.2015 Update (Aug 11, 2015)

  • The Daily Mission System will be added:
  • Our team has listened to your positive feedback regarding our event period daily missions as well as requests for additional rewards, resulting in the development of the Daily Mission System. This system will offer a number of varying challenges that can be completed for various rewards, all of which are offered directly in-game.
  • By clicking on the newly added "Mission" icon, players can bring up the Daily Mission panel in order to view the available daily missions and corresponding information.
  • Once the mission panel has loaded, captains will be presented with the 4 daily missions of the day along with the following additional functions and details:
  • Submissions/Mission Overview. A brief description of the mission along with the reward (usually in the form of credits) is shown here. Players are eligible to receive rewards upon completing missions on each respective captain account.
  • Primary Mission. This is the main mission which will always provide a Reward box upon completion. Reward boxes contain a random Gold Box offering anywhere from 20 gold to 40 gold. Unlike normal missions, only one primary mission can be completed per "account" per day.
  • Remaining time. A countdown showing the remaining time available to complete all of the daily missions. Once the countdown reaches 0, the missions will be reset and any incomplete progress including unclaimed rewards will be forfeited.
  • Receive button. Players should click the receive button once a mission has been completed in order to claim rewards. Please do not forfeit any rewards by forgetting to claim them with the receive button.
  • Once rewards are received, they will appear saved to your Supply Depot. Please double check to make sure that you have sufficient space available in order to receive all of your rewards.
  • Double-click all rewards located in your Supply Depot to receive them on your account.
  • Ship balance adjustments will be made:
  • The DP of CV class ships will be increased between that of CA and CL classes:
  • The accuracy of high-angle BB will be increased by 5% (41 degree or above):
  • The accuracy of New Mexico will be decreased by 15%:
  • BB speeds will be decreased by 1 knot (Normal Speed):
  • CL aircraft space will be reduced:
  • Our team will be performing tests leading up to patch period in order to make certain that these updates are fully ready. We will provide updates if there are any unforeseen issues and may delay the patch if deemed necessary.

  • A bug allowing the use of HE on secondary guns will be resolved. Nagato 1944 will only be capable of using AA shells on secondary guns.

  • This error resulted in visually incorrect research prices being shown for select ships.
  • Occupation and Flag Ship Game Modes will be added.
  • Occupation Mode consists of 3 battle objective situations:
  • Objective 1: Occupy the targeted neutral base.
  • Objective 2: Occupy the enemy’s base.
  • Objective 3: One team tasked with occupying the enemy base while the opposing team is set to defend their base.
  • If primary objectives are not met, the battle will also end if all enemy ships are sunk.
  • Flag Ship Mode is similar to Navy Field’s Flag Ship Mode:
  • The primary objective is to sink the enemy’s flag ship (players can bring up the battle report panel with the ` key to quickly determine their target)
  • The battle will end immediately after a flag ship has been sunk or upon the loss of all members of a team.
  • Interface Updates for new game modes:
  • The in-game interface will receive minor changes to coincide with the addition of aforementioned new game modes.
  • A battle mode toggle switch will appear next to the Battle button. Use this toggle to enable or disable the different game modes (Occupation/Flag Ship/Annihilation). By default, the normal Vs. mode (Annihilation) is exclusively set.
  • Players can select 1 additional battle mode to be randomly added into their battle queue (this option is limited in accordance to the current player base and will be changed in the future).
  • At the start of battle, an image displaying the current battle mode and primary objective will be shown. The battle objective will also show in the upper-right corner of the screen during battle.
  • EXP Bonus Week will go into effect:
  • To celebrate the arrival of the new game modes, we will be boosting EXP by double for one week. Get the most out of all the new ship and game content from 06/11 through 06/18!
  • We hope to see captains enjoying the new game modes following this exciting patch. Please excuse us for any minor text formatting errors that may appear in-game following the initial update; all will be resolved in a following update.
