- Media Go music playlists are supported on PSP™ systems using PSP™ system software version 6.10 or higher.
- Media Go SensMe data is supported on PSP systems using PSP system software version 6.10 or higher with the optional SensMe™ Channels application.
- Games can be browsed within Media Go by expiration date, allowing users to easily view expiration information for all games in their library.
- Individual photos or groups of photos can be quickly rotated using the Rotate Left or Rotate Right buttons in the Photos in Library pane.
- Media Go displays better information and specific graphics for connected PSP systems in the device overview pane.
- The PlayStation Store within Media Go supports enhanced video game preview footage and game screenshot galleries, where available.
- During thumbnail generation, Media Go reports the number of thumbnails remaining in the Library status field of the Library overview pane and as a tooltip in the library navigation pane.
- A new keyboard shortcut is available to quickly access the Search box: Ctrl+E.
- Tooltips display a button’s keyboard shortcut equivalent, if one is available.
- Improvements have been made to CD ripping to resolve some compatibility issues.
- Performance has been improved during background operations while preparing media for transfer to a device.
- The Get Album Artwork and Get Missing Properties options have been added to the Tools menu, in addition to their right-click shortcut menu availability.
- You can now specify folders for games and saved data as well as imported video from the Advanced Library Folders dialog.
- Media Go now employs a sophisticated troubleshooting process in the event of a problem or error, allowing you to attempt to recover by changing problematic settings, or to identify a problematic file.
- The Delete Files option now removes the selected items from the Media Go library and removes them from your computer, or removes references to a missing file in the Media Go library.
- SensMe data is now added to Windows Media Audio (WMA) files.
- Media Go can now read embedded thumbnails in Windows Media format files (WMA, ASF, or WMV).
- Improvements have been made to the way Media Go writes multiple pieces of track or album art metadata to MP3 files, allowing other applications to read the data without errors.
