  • Modified the titlescreen to a brand new design.

  • Lowered the gold reward for April's Tear, Heart and Letter down to 50 GP instead of 350 GP.
  • Fixed gramattical error in Queen March her dialogue.
  • Updated King Februari his dialogue so that he refers the player's name.

  • Fixed a bug in Princess April her code that prevented her from giving the Leather Armor, even if you presented her with all required items.
  • Renamed the in-game item Dildo to Wooden Stick.
  • Lowered the gold reward for a Wooden Stick to 5 GP instead of 50 GP.
  • Fixed the Merchant his code so that he will accept the X-Blade and the Leather Armor again.
  • Updated the gold reward for the X-Blade from 250 GP to 150 GP.
  • Updated the gold reward for the Leather Armor from 150 GP to 100 GP.
  • Fixed a bug which caused the event merchant to take a Wooden Stick instead of Chicken Meat when trading him Chicken Meat.
  • Lowered the Chicken Meat sell value to 5 GP instead of 25 GP.
  • Set the in-game value of Chicken Meat and Wooden Stick to 5GP.
  • Changed the name fo "SD GayMasters" to "Gamemasters".
  • Updated the fountains in the "The Nutter's Statue" quest to both use dialogue instead of only one.
  • Marked the April's Room instance for removal.
  • Removed left-over development bug that would give 5 lavaswords, lavarods and lavamaces.
  • Fixed Sandra's code so that she will now reward you with a ring of Ridhege instead of giving you nothing when you bring her a Jail Key.
  • Removed the Music Element in the game. This was added as a joke, but never deleted. Music weapons are no longer able to be found or crafted by Mr. Smith. As a result of this, the Music Custom Weapon has been removed.
  • Lowered the cost of Lavaweapons to 5000 coins instead of 20,000.
  • Fixed language errors in some weapon names
  • Changed the Musical Sword, Staff and Mace to Rock weapons and changed element to Earth.
  • Changed the "Fiery Dildo of Desire" to the "Stick of Truth".
  • Added the element Fire to the "Stick of Truth".
  • Lowered the cost price of an axe to 250GP instead of 1000GP. Warning: the axe will be removed in an upcoming update.
  • Increased the cost of a heal to 10 GP instead of 5 GP.
  • Updated Loïcane in the Ridhege Inn to say a Monkey Island reference instead of sending you to your doom (Hydra).
  • Increased the cost of reviving to 25 GP instead of 10 GP.
  • Removed 1 healer in the Ridhege Inn.
  • Added a warning at the door towards the Hydra.
  • Updated the Royal Academy Master's graphic to something more suiting.
  • Removed the option to get a free weapon from Grind. This was spamabble and could lead to unlimited gold.
  • Increased the gold cost to let Grind join your party to 200 GP instead of 100GP.
  • Removed fishing spots in the Ancient Water Weapon Quest where there were rocks.
  • Lowered the amount of guards in Trixania.
  • Disabled the Rare Item Trader until I've reworked his full script.
  • Disabled the Trixanian Prison. This has way too many events and need to be redesigned first.
  • Changed the cost of Greater Heal to 300GP instead of 1000GP.
  • Changed the cost of Mass Heal to 900GP instead of 10000GP.
  • Removed the possibility to skip the old tutorial.
  • Added animation to new doors, gates and other gateways.
  • Removed the HUD as it covers up some map items in various parts of the game.

New in DayDawn 1.5c (Jan 6, 2009)

  • Fixed several bugs in the Event Item Trader's script in Ridhege
  • Added a new function to let you take screenshots of the whole map: use the Q in a map and DayDawn will make a screenshot (the game will temporarly freeze, we know) and will place it in DayDawn's install directory [untested on vista!]
  • Added skip option for the tutorial
  • Added several optimizations in the code and in many events
