Developer Rain Games announces the imminent release of the digital edition of Teslagrad on the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 home consoles, in North America.

The small indie team crafted a pretty neat puzzle-platformer, revolving around the powers of magnetism and a dystopian kingdom in disarray.

Released back in December 2013, Teslagrad was pretty well received by both gamers and critics, and it also landed on the PlayStation family of devices and on the Nintendo Wii U home console.

Teslagrad is making its digital debut on the PS3 and PS4 in North America on April 14, followed by a retail launch on PS3, PS4 and Wii U sometime during Q2 2015. The PlayStation Vita edition of the platformer is currently still in the works, with no tentative release date known yet.

For the time being, the Vita port is still causing some problems, mainly due to the weaker hardware of Sony’s handheld gaming device, but the developers are working hard to make sure that it runs as well as it does on all the other platforms, as noted on the studio's blog.
