| This project is an 8-bit, Super Mario Bros. 1 based game made with Game Maker. Game Maker can be found at yoyogames.com. So far there are eight levels; 1-1 through 1-4, 2-1, 2-4, 3-1, and 4-1.
World 3-1 is a water engine test level, and 4-1 is very glitchy and incomplete. World 3-1 can be quickly accessed by pressing "W" on the title screen, and 4-1 can be accessed by pressing "B". Also there are three new enemies; red and black piranha plants, and the chain chomp; the ones you already know.
I have created five different level themes so far; the ones you already knowOverworld, underword, desert, water, and big. My plans for world themes are: World One - Mushroom Plains, World Two - Pokey Desert, World Three - Ocean Side, World Four - Big Land, World Five - Grassy Platue, World Six - Frozen Fields, World Seven - Sky Land, and World Eight - Bowser's Volcanoe. |
