The lava pit requires u to run and jump. the run key is usually x i think but if u have altered it u would noe, its the same key as the shoot key

Anyone know how to pass level 2-4 in the trampolin?

as for the world 1-4, you must you the button of fire (keep it pressed) in order to have a big jump :)
