I am really sad to have to post this - but I must...
we did the trial for the jewels of sinai game and we ABSOLUTELY LOVED it!! So we purchased the game online from the company Bible Arcade. We were thrilled they made such an excellent game like Jewels of Sinai--BUT-- to our dismay we paided for the needed serial # to activate the game and the serial # we were given was invalid. Although we have sent MULTIPLE emails to the tech support, they will not respond to us.
I am really sad to say we paid $20 for a game we cannot use. This is a shame, I am really disappointed.
It is a shame because when I played the trial version it was such an excellent game! Just the type of games we are looking for - for our kids to play!
Bible Arcade I hope you see this and post something online that we can do to resolve this problem since tech support refuses to email us back.
