Long time since I have played an outdoor game. And this has an atmosphere that helps you feel you are in a large winter terrain, and best of all, you can walk wherever you want. (Do not walk into the lake or sea, there is a big man-eating fish there). This game reminds me of hunting, and when I was in the military, you have to use the terrain and sneak around. So here you do not shoot continuously as in some other games. But there are also short range action too. Some of the enemies have white camouflage uniforms, and as in real life they can be hard to spot! The tanks are rather scary, you often hear a tank approaching in the distance. And you know you have to ambush it! So always bring the bazooka.
A strange game, refreshingly different, but very realistic. As in real life.
