Crysis 2 - Multiplayer Demo

Crysis 2, successor of the acclaimed Crysis, is a first-person shooter game that uses the revolutionary Crytek 3 engine in order to render its beautiful graphics.

After the events from the jungle, Crysis 2 moves up to an urban jungle: a destroyed version of the New York City filled with combatants. The aliens from the first game still want to destroy humanity so the Prophet, who is infected with the Manhattan virus, decides to pass the suit to Alcatraz, the sole survivor of a Marine Corps Force Recon.

Both the CELL and the Ceph begin to target Alcatraz who discovers he's mortally wounded and that the only thing keeping him alive is the nanosuit. While exploring the city, Alcatraz finds a new ally: Jacob Hargreave, who's actually the brains behind the symbiotic suits made with Ceph technology.

As in the first game, the gameplay is a lot more impressive than the plot. Players will be able to rely on stealth and agility while taking out enemies or on sheer power and use the suits strength to bring down entire armies.

A completely redesigned suit awaits in Crysis 2. Besides the abilities available in the first game, a Power mode has been introduced, that combines the suit's Strength and Speed functions. The Stealth mode now allow players to perform melee kills with ease while the Tactical mode features an advanced binocular system. The new features that allows more than one mode to the used is more than welcomed.

While the suit can be upgraded by collecting nanotechnology, you can also upgrade your arsenal, which is not a small one. Use various attachments in order to fit your gun with a better scope, more ammo or a silencer. You'll get so fond on some of the weapons, you'll not even swap them for ammo filled ones.

Crysis 2 is turning point in first-person shooter, as was its predecessor. The graphics used, the amazing soundtrack, the unmatched gameplay all build to an extraordinary game. This is one game you will not be able to stop playing.
