Cocoto Kart Racer Demo

Cocoto Kart Racer is a fast-paced racing game that has a lot of similarities to Mario Kart but falls short when compared to the latter. In fact, you can even say that it copies a whole lot from it and supplies it in a different look.

Cocoto Kart Racer is meant to be cute and you can see that in every detail of game design. The characters are part strange part interesting and the cars the they drive are something only a child can think of, which normally would be enough to create a fun game.

In terms of atmosphere, Cocoto Kart Racer is rather dull. The music is exceptionally generic to the genre and has not particular flavor of whatsoever, and its sound effects are decent but rather flat. The worst part of it is that the characters barely say something the entire race, not a single amusing phrase.

As far as gameplay goes, Cocoto Kart Racer is OK. Despite the gruesome resemblance between the weapons here and those in Mario Kart, it still feels kind of different. Racing around is rather fun if you’re into casual racing games.

The tracks you race on have a nice design but just like with everything else in the game, they also lack charm. Cocoto Kart Racer is more of a game in which attention to detail and true creativity were optional. It does offer a large number of racers and different cars to compete in, but they all drive pretty much the same so individual preference for racers will mostly occur from how they look, not from what they can do.

To wrap it up, Cocoto Kart Racer is playable if you’re looking to waste some time with a racing game. The downside is that you won’t get a lot out of it when it comes to enjoyment.
