After acquiring the Eye of Divinity (1 of 3 pieces of the Epic transforming staff Benediction/Anathema) from Majordomo Executus, you are able to see the hidden quest giver in the Eastern Plaguelands. This quest giver asks you to complete her work, and rescue the escaping peasants, upon successfully completing this quest she rewards you with the Splinter of Nordrassil, the second piece of the epic staff.
