SEM - Skin Editor for Minecraft 1.0

This is a pure Swing drawing tool to edit character textures for Minecraft:

- Customize the default character reference skin or edit a custom skin texture
- Includes conversion from indexed to RGB colors
- Offers color picking (pipette), undo and redo functionality.
