Quest is a free open source application that can help you make interactive fiction games (text adventure) and gamebooks without writing a single line of code.
No programming is required - everything about your game is displayed in plain English, and a full tutorial is included. Your game can be played in a web browser, or downloaded to a PC.
Quest also allows you to add pictures, maps, music, sound effects and even video from YouTube or Vimeo to your games. You can create multilingual games the application supporting English, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Dutch languages.

· If you have any exits that run scripts instead of automatically moving the player, you will need to tick a new checkbox on the exit editor "Run a script (instead of moving the player automatically)".
