Minecraft Crafting Guide
Minecraft requires no introduction because if you’re here and you don’t know what that is, you’re probably looking for the wrong thing. On the other hand, if you’re looking for a lightweight and highly comprehensive app that can show you how to craft anything in Minecraft then you’ve found it and it’s called Minecraft Crafting Guide.
A tool that’s very easy to handle, understand and use
Right from the get go Minecraft Crafting Guide looks like something that was designed to do its job in a straightforward way without complicating anything, not even slightly. Once launched, it displays a small window from where you can select the class of the item you’re looking for as well as the item itself.
Once you do that, Minecraft Crafting Guide pops up a new and equally small window in which you can view a recreation of the in-game crafting section, filled with all the ‘ingredients’. It shows you what items you need for crafting and the pattern that they have to be in. And you also get a preview of the obtained item in case you need to double check that that is exactly what you need.
If you know what you want to build, you have the recipe here
The only real downside to Minecraft Crafting Guide is that it doesn't have a search function. It would considerably speed things up if you knew what you’re looking for.
It does however provide all the items in a neatly organized list of categories: Blocks, Armor, Blocks, Dyes, Enchant/Brew, Food, Mechanism, Misc, Tools, Transport, Weapons and Wools. After selecting one, you can proceed to the items section to pick the one that interests you.
If it’s a single kind of item, you get just one result but if you want to find out how to craft a sword for example, expect the item information window to act like a GIF in which the different sword resulting combinations appear one after the other.
A neat little piece of software that can be useful for players who are just starting off with Minecraft
To wrap it up, Minecraft Crafting Guide is a really handy tool to have around if you just started playing this sandbox giant. It works great, it’s easy to use and it’s totally accurate.
