The updater will download the Mines of Moria expansion for Lord of the Rings even on a computer you have not installed Lord of the Rings on.
What's New in This Release: [ read full changelog ]
· This patch will only work for those whose clients are current as of November 7.
· New players will need to install the game and patch through the normal patching process before applying this update!
· TDM users do not need to install this update. Your client will automatically patch on launch day.
· This file will ONLY patch the North America/AU/NZ version of the LOTRO client. If you try to apply it to the EU version, you'll get an error message.
· At the last stage of the update, the updater will display a dialog box that says "Launch The Lord of the Rings Online: Mines of Moria" but will actually launch Shadows of Angmar. This issue will self-correct when Moria goes live on the Turbine servers.
