If you play Microsoft's card game FreeCell then you need FREESKIL to improve your game!
FreeSkill watches your games and expects you to win at least 60% of games. If your score falls below 60%, FreeSkill suggets that you be donate a sum to charity as a penalty to improve your attention to detail.
When fined, you are allowed to put some cash 'on the book' to see if you can bring your score up to 60%, if you can, then the book is cleared.
