Tae Kwon Do World Champion Demo
Martial arts usually take many years of practice and patience in order to study properly, not to mention the fact that a lot of training is needed to maintain your physique in tip-top shape. However, martial arts are not usually taught in order for you to get in fights with other people, because self-defense is the primary purpose. On the other hand, you can sign up for tournaments with other professionals and do it in an organized environment.
Become the world champion by defeating everyone else
Tae Kwon Do World Champion is a martial arts fighting game in which your purpose is to become the best there is in the sport, by defeating every opponent and winning the world champion title. The road to glory is never easy, but it is particularly difficult when you have to dodge kicks to the head in order to get there. Thankfully, you are allowed to throw your own punches as well, to even the odds.
To begin with, there are a few other game modes to choose from as well, in case you do not want to commit to an entire tournament from the beginning. Hence, you can begin by practicing against the desired opponents, at least until you learn the moves. In addition, a Quick Match mode is also available, which simulates the desired amounts of rounds against a player of your choice.
Create your own fighters and upgrade their abilities
In case you go for the tournament mode, you might want to choose to create your own fighter from scratch, instead of playing with an already available one. This way, you can customize him and choose a few other details as well, including signature moves and a few other stats that influence your abilities in the ring. In essence, every tournament should be different, as long as you remember to pick other moves.
There are some problems as well, such as the fact that you cannot really check the controls and see which key/button does what. Thus, you kind of have to guess how to use your abilities, which means that you’ll lose a few rounds in the beginning. In fact, this initial impression might be bad enough to discourage you entirely of giving the rest of the game a try.
Decent graphics and terrible camera controls
All things considered, Tae Kwon Do World Champion can be quite fun if you have enough patience to reach the entertaining part. Otherwise, you might get bored before anything gets fun enough to be worth the trouble.
