SKIP-BO Castaway Caper
SKIP-BO Castaway Caper is a nice little card game that you can play on your computer, and it’s quite enjoyable too. Exotic even.
An interesting card game
SKIP-BO Castaway Caper is a card game that doesn’t seem very popular, which is a bit strange since it’s fun to play and fast-paced. If you also haven’t heard of it, here’s the short version on how you play it: you and your opponents have decks of shuffled cards, and you must get rid of them to win. There is a building pile and a discard pile, and it’s on the first that you have to stack sequences of cards that go up in value. Once a stack is complete, it is removed, and you can start a new one. Four can be worked on at a time.
One all the cards in your deck are gone, you win. At first it might seem a bit complicated but in fact, it really isn’t. After just one game, you’ll get the hang of it. Just like with Solitaire.
Several game modes to play and multiple opponents to challenge
SKIP-BO Castaway Caper can be played in modes such as ‘Adventure’, ‘Classic’, ‘Speed’ and ‘Team’, each one with the same gameplay rules but with a small variation. It’s not hard to spot which is which.
As with any card game, it might get repetitive but apart from the four modes, you also get a lot of achievements that can be unlocked. That doesn’t improve on the gameplay, but it certainly gives you a bit more to work for.
A nice and casual card game for anyone
To end SKIP-BO Castaway Caper is a very relaxing and enjoyable card game. The rules are simple, the games end fast, and at times, you’ll be in a neck and neck kind of scenario with your opponents.
