Imperial Island 2: The Search for New Land

Imperial Island 2: The Search for New Land is a match three puzzle game where players will have to explore lots of strange lands while searching for the missing son of Emperor Omadan.

For an empire to grow, it requires more lands and instead of waging war against other states, Prince Caleb decided to set sail and explore the vast world in search of riches and fame. The seas are treacherous and many dangerous stood in front of Caleb, but do to his skills, he managed to dodge them all, until a mighty storm made him shipwreck on a strange island.

Emperor Omadan, Caleb's father, immediately organized a search party and set himself in the quest to find his one and only child. If the quest should fail, the empire will remain without an heir.

A small tutorial is available as soon as you begin the game. You can choose which mode to play: casual or relaxed and it's off to matching. The gameplay is simple: just use the mouse to swap the position of a tile and make a match of three or more to remove them from the board.

The levels can have one or multiple goals: the main goal is removing all the golden blocks from the board, yet sometimes you may have to collect chests with treasures or a certain number of tiles to finish a level. The thing I'd liked most about the game is that at the end of each level (there are over 100 different ones) something new is introduced making the game more fun and more challenging.

With new elements introduced progressively and an nice story for the kids, the game can get quite addictive. With the multitude of levels available for play and above decent graphics, I'd say you should give it a try.
