SimCity 3000 is a city building simulator which comes to offer the same core gameplay as its predecessor, but greatly improved.
SC3K introduces waste management and agricultural buildings and a new zoning density was also added. Apart from that, to add a bit more realism to the game, power and water facilities have a lifespan and need to be replaced when their time is up.
Also, land value is also a factor that influences how certain blocks from your city develop. High value will result in wealthy areas while at the opposite side, yu might end up with slums.
