Napoleonic Wars is a multiplayer expansion pack for Mount & Blade: Warband showcasing the last years of the Napoleonic Wars.
Dedicated server files are for players that want to host the game on a dedicated server. These files are not required to join/play in multiplayer mode nor are they required for hosting the game on your own computer.
This update will allow you to play on the latest version of the game server, greatly improving the chance to encounter no bugs and benefiting from the latest features available.
