Grand Theft Auto 4: Episodes from Liberty City is a package delivered by the creators of GTA4 in which you can find the The Lost and Damned along with The Ballad of Gay Tony episodes.

The two come as standalone games and don't require GTA IV to be installed. Each one with a series of improvements and of course, new storylines for you to unravel. You get new weapons, such as a grenade launcher and automatic shotgun, as well as new vehicles, such as the one driven by Johnny Klebitz, your main character in The Lost and Damned.

In The Ballad of Gay Tony you can fire new weapons such as the FN P90, the M249 SAW light machine gun, the Atchisson Assault Shotgun, the .44 Auto Mag pistol, and the sniper rifle DSR-1. All of which are put to good use to help Tony get out of the massive debt he's into.
