Dead Island - HUD and Menu FIX

All menus have been adjusted and the hud is now smaller and has been repositioned. The fix will follow the same method used for the FOV Mod, which makes it safe against the VAC ban.

To install just ownload the patch and then extract the "Data" folder into the "out" folder in the following path: [b]"Documents \ DeadIsland \ out"[/b].

NOTE: This is an unofficial patch, so use it at your own risk.
