Prime World: Thrones

Prime World is an online role-playing strategy game in which you take the role of a hero in a world where two factions, the Dokht Imperium and the Keepers of Adornia, are in a constant conflict to control a priceless energy resource called Prime.

Currently, Prime World offers its players five major hero roles (Slayer, Protector, Vanguard, Support, and Fighter) for each of the aforementioned factions. As a Lord or Lady, you will be able to purchase the heroes that correspond to your playing strategy along with the desired talents for each one of them and here is where Prime World is different from similar competitive RPGs.

The talent system allows you to customize your heroes according to your needs without being limited to a default skill set for every one of them. Thus, every hero can be unique depending on the talents you choose for him.

To be able to purchase new talents for your hero, you will need lots of Prime, which can be obtained during each battle by killing soldiers, monster or the enemy heroes. Another way to get your hands on this precious resource is to play various mini-games that will grant you Prime and magic scrolls depending on the difficulty of the mini-game.

On each map you will also encounter small shop from where you can purchase useful potions and scrolls that can give you a better chance of survival against the enemies.

Glyphs are another aspect of each battle that can't be overlooked by any of the participating players. These symbols appear every few minutes in two known locations and provide the hero that takes them a powerful bonus depending on the type of the glyph. It's imperative to always be on the lookout for enemies and prevent them from taking these glyphs or you and your team might soon find yourselves overwhelmed by the enemy's powerful attacks.

In between battles, your Lord or Lady will rest in his or her own castle that also serves as the main base of operations and the home of your heroes. The castle gives you the opportunity to build new structures using various resources that will provide your heroes with various bonuses during battle.

Managing your resources, population and castle infrastructure is also a very important part of the game, because a good management can result in an advantage on the battlefield.

Prime World also features a social component that allows you to interact with various players in the game world and even connect your social network account with the game.

Another interesting feature of the social component is the mutual dependency between female and male players, which, in tough battle situations, can save each other.

Creating or joining a Clan is yet another aspect that can't be overlooked. Players can win games to improve the clan's rating and donate resources to raise the level of their clan.

Prime World manages to add a cool new twist to the usual online role-playing strategy games with its talent based heroes, castle building and social features that will make player interaction as well as a good management of your resources count in the heat of battle.

Adding mini-games to the list of how a player can quickly level up his character is another cool feature that sometimes ca give you and your teammates the upper edge in battle.
