Simple XP/Rep Bar fitting roths UI and his oUF_D3Orbs. Mouseover the bar to view the tooltip.

As long as your character hasn't reached the maximum level, the xp bar will be shown, after you've hit the maximum level, the rep bar will be shown. If you want to see the rep bar before you hit 70 (or 80 ;D), press and hold the control key.
