World of Warcraft Addon - LevelUpGrats 0.4

This simple mod shows a congratulatory message in the center of your screen whenever you gain a level in World of Warcraft.

Considering the amount of time needed to level up later in the game, I've always found Blizzard's simple chat notification and animation to be a bit underwhelming for my taste.
