What we have here is a plugin for Tortall's DPS Meter. It creates a window on your warboard bar that shows your average DPS while in combat for the current session. Clicking on this window toggles the visibility of the main window for Tortall's DPS Meter. Right clicking on the window switches between displaying DPS and HPS.
