Nemesis tracks your PvP kills and deaths to inform you about certain players that either repeatedly kill you, or players that you have killed multiple times in a row. A player becomes your nemesis if they have killed you enough times without ever being killed by you.
When you kill a player that is your nemesis, then you get revenge on them and your lifetime Revenge Kills increases. On the other hand, if you kill a player enough times without them ever killing you, then you are dominating that player.
The number of dominations you have within one life are your Max Dominations. The default number of kills or deaths required is 3, but those numbers can be changed on your own preferences.
Basically this turns PvP into a mini-game where you try and dominate as many players as you can while getting revenge on your nemeses. However, this can also benefit you in other ways. For instance, if you play a healer, then your nemeses are a good indication of the players that consistantly target you and try to kill you.
