Note: This mutator turns UT3 into a third-person shooter. It also allows the sniper zoom to work as intended (first-person view). Third-person view is forced. The primary purpose of this mutator was to cut my teeth on UnrealScript.
The server operator can set the third-person camera following distance (distance behind the character) in the UTMK3rdPersonMutator.ini. The default setting for CfgCameraScale is 9.0. Valid entries are 1.0 - 40.0 (though only 4.0 - 15.0) seem very usable.
