The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Mod - nVidia Black Screen Fix 1.0.0

This mod will fix the annoying black screen bug that afflicts nVidia cards.

This bug happens when:
-You have a nVidia card (tested and confirmed on 8800GTXGTS).
-HDR is enabled or no screen effect is enabled, bloom isn't affected.
-You're in an interior cell with NPC's.
-The interior cell has the Fog Near, Far and Clip Dist all set to 0.

What this mod does is set the Fog Near to 0.0001 (doesn't make is look any different at all) in any interior cell that has 0 for Near, Far and Clip Dist which prevents this bug from occurring.
