The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Mod - Sheogorath's Weapons 1.1

This mod will add two new weapons to the "The Feed Bag" in the Imperial city. The point of calling them "Sheogorath's" is that both carry a huge advantage and a huge disadvantage.

Sheogorath's Knife
This knife has been imbued with the power of Mania. It is sharp and moves faster than the eye can see... but anything of fine steel quality or above can easily outmatch its power.

Sheogorath's Claymore
This blade has been imbued with the power of Demetia. Its sheer power is unmatched by any other... but it is immensely difficult to swing. It is eight times slower than a normal claymore.
