    The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Mod - Netra's Ability description

    This is the Netra's Ability mod for the game Oblivion

    This mod will convert Race and Birthsign powers' into spells and heavily modifies them.

    Converts: All Powers in Birthsigns and Races into spells. (Most have counter effects and are guaranteed to strike/Be Used)

    What's New in This Release: [ read full changelog ]

    · Converted Survival & Primal spells into powers, for some reason the stupid AI kept using them over and over in combat.
