The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Mod - Imperial Farms 1

This is a nice mod that will add a small farm just outside of the IC. To buy it, go into the Office of Imperial Commerce. There will be a man in there, speak with him and he will sell you the farm.

He will also tell you where to find it. It will cost $5000. This is a good mod for less combat oriented players because it gives them a lot of food and a job.
