The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Mod - Daedric Recon

Imperial City is being targeted by Daedric forces, we have learned they are sending a recon team. You will be the first to find them and defend the city! An ancient Dwemer artifact has been discovered and it will be your weapon against the daedric infiltrators, provided you can figure out how to use it. Good Luck!

To start, you will have to find Scarlet Brimstone, a Breton Legion spellsword, in the Elven Gardens district of Imperial City.
