Skyrim Mod - All Bows Same Weight and Speed 12a

This is a new The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim Mod that will enhance all the bows in the game.

It changes the weight of all bows to 5, the same as the longbow.
It gives all bows the same animation speed (to match the new weight and rate of fire).
It also makes the default Hunter Bow playable so it's easy to remove it from them.
