Note:
With the game and the camera controller program both running first switch to the bumper camera view then press T for locked camera view or F for free camera view. You won't be able to dial in a interior view unless you lock the camera with the T key. The camera lag increase/decrease is only for unlocked camera operation, it lets you control the car's view rotation.
