This a newer version of the Sorce Racing Mod.. This public beta mod is a conversion of Half-Life 2 into a multiplayer arcade style racing game (ala Mario Kart, Wacky wheels, etc) using the airboats from single player.

Throughout the maps you'll find powerup dispensers that will give you a random powerup if you touch it, you can store up to 2 of these powerups at any one time. When you use a powerup it uses the one on the left first if it exists, otherwise it'll use the one on the right. There is a delay of 2 seconds after picking up the powerup before you can actually use it.

Nitro - Boosts speed for 2 seconds.
Jump - Boosts speed, and makes the airboat fly up into the air.
Shockwave - Pushes all nearby objects (including other racers) away from you. The closer the object the harder it's pushed.

· Players can now display the names of other racers over their airboats. Default key is space bar.
· Linux binaries for linux dedicated servers
