    Fallout 3 Mod - Urban Winterized OA uniform description

    This is a Armor mod for Fallout 3

    This will add Re-Texture of the Winterized OA uniform. Also theres 2 Helmets. Theres a Black and a camo. To change them go into either the HelmBlack or HelmCamo folder and put the file in Fallout3/data/texture/dlanch/armor/snowcombatarmor folder.
