Fallout 3 Mod - Tunnel Snakes Rule 1.0

Using this mod the Tunnel Snake Jacket has 25 DR and 10m item health so it will pretty much never degrade. The effect has been changed from +5 Melee weapons to +2 to melee and +2 to small guns. (same effect as the "merc" armors) the jacket also weighs 10lbs instead of 2. The unique switchblade "Butch's toothpick" also has 10m health and Butch himself is now an essential character.
