Fallout 3 Mod - Phoenix Ranger Armor 1.0

This is a full custom armor named Phoenix Ranger, based on the Reilly's Ranger armor.

The custom Phoenix Ranger armor is slightly heavier and sturdier than the Reilly's Ranger armor, allows the wearer to carry more weight and stand in the middle of a bonfire, but because of its bright color does come with a Sneak penalty.

The armor comes with the following stats:
Damage Resistance: 41
Weight: 28
Value: 780 caps
Condition: 100%
Effects: Sneak -15, Fire Resistance +50, Lbs +50, Luck +1
