Commandos 2: Destination Paris Mod

Commandos 2: Destination Paris is a mod for the tactical game Commandos 2: Men Of Courage, created by Pyro Studios. The modification pack is intended to refresh and improve the the manner in which the game is played.

It's designed to make it more challenging and brings a very long list  of new stuff. New abilities, new enemies in larger groups, items have been rebalanced, weapons now have altered characteristics and so on, all available in this one mod.

You also get a decent amount of new missions which you can enjoy even more along with a new soundtrack and various other fixes. Through this patch, a lot of the game has been rebalanced and even comes close to the RPG genre, by allowing you to stumble on gear that you can use on your commandos.

The mod is available thanks to the efforts made by a group of the game's fans, which have managed to almost reinvent the game. A great feature that they have added is the fact that now, maps are full of an endless variety of surprises.
