CarBall is a new gametype for Unreal Tournament 2004.

CarBall is a new gametype for Unreal Tournament2004. CarBall differs from the majority of gametypes currently available as the main activity of the game is not related to killing other players (even if it's a posibillity) to accumulate points.

Instead the main activity in CarBall is driving your vehicle around the map with the aim of knocking the Ball into the opposing teams Goal to score points and win the match.

There are three ways you can score goals in Carball:
- By knocking the ball into the opposing team's goal your team will be awarded a goal and you will be awarded 2 personal points.
- By knocking the ball into your own goal will result in an Owngoal. This will give the opposing team one goal nd will also result in 2 personal points being subtracted.
- By knocking the ball into a random goal will result in a random goal being awarded to either the red or blue team. The player who scored the random goal will be awarded 1 personal point.
