Rescue Team 5 is, as you can guess, another title from the long series of time management games. It features the same gameplay, new things to do, and a lot more people to rescue.

In Rescue Team 5 you face a series of missions in which you will do pretty much the same thing, rescue people and pets, but with all kinds of variations to the obstacles. Your team starts off small and you have to issue orders for it to pick up debris, repair roads and bridges, restore broken down buildings, and collect helpful materials that just happen to lie on the side of the road.

Each click you give is an order, and as your team grows, Rescue Team 5 quickly becomes a click-fest. Apart from regular people, you can rescue other rescuers, and as your team gets bigger, the game becomes a bit more challenging; especially since you will have to keep track of the resources you need to repair or remove stuff.

In all cases, it’s a race against time. It should be so, after all, your job is to rescue people, and that’s not something you can take your time with. Quick thinking is key because if you don’t have a plan, you might find yourself removing an obstacle that’s not of high priority, and thus, you might not finish the level in record time.

You can restart a level as many times as you want and mastering the flow of the game takes a short while. Rescue Team 5 is mostly the kind of game you play to pass the time, not to polish certain skills, well, apart from coordination.

To end, Rescue Team 5 is a standard, if not generic, time management game. It runs smooth; it looks nice, it will take you a long time to finish, and for those reasons, it’s a good choice for casual gamers.
