Nurien allows users to freely express themselves online through a user-created 3D avatar that can interact with other avatars in our world.
Our avatars not only look and move amazingly real, but can be customized in almost an infinite amount of ways. From skin tone to hair, facial structure to designer apparel, we designed our avatar so that our users can build them to really express who they are or who they want to be.
And speaking of apparel, our clothing options and accessories are not limited by previous technological boundaries. Now, users can not only choose and create by shape and color, but can actually have fashion that conveys fabric and texture. Nurien currently offers over 3,500 materials such as leather, velvet, cotton, silk, denim, and even fur. The possibilities are truly endless to create a one-of-a-kind avatar within Nurien.
The avatars are designed to express themselves through action-based emoticons - or acticons - that are used just like emoticons in any regular chatting application. However, our emoticons are created via state-of-the-art motion capture techniques that allow users to express exactly what they want via their avatar. Make your avatar cry, hug, dance, shout, kiss, hop, or simply wave to any other avatar in Nurien. We are and will be continually adding to our library of acticons to make certain that there will never be a lack of expressive content within our world.
