Magical Drop V

Magical Drop V is a match three bubble shooter game with fast-paced gameplay where the characters represent a tarot card.

The game features a Story, a Local Match and an Online Battle. The story consists of 12 different stages and has very little dialogue. Only after completing this mode you will gain access to an art gallery and a sound gallery where you can learn more about each character.

Both the Local Match and the Online Battle have three different modes: Head to Head where players will be pitted against each other (or against the computer), Team Battle where two players will face a squad of two opponents and King of the Hill which is basically a four player tournament.

The concept of the game is fairly simple and takes after the famous Bubble Shooter: players will take control of a jester who must juggle with the colored spheres. Retrieve bubbles from the board and shoot them back up in order to create a match of three or more. If there are colored bubbles near the match, they will disappear as well.

The game has very fast gameplay and it's based on pattern recognition as well as speed in handling the keyboard. Practice will increase your reaction time and you will start to create bigger and bigger combos as you play the game.

The game is quite fun with its quirky characters and its funky sounds, yet it can get a bit repetitive. The fact that each player has a special ability and that the game can be enjoyed in multiplayer sure helps a lot.
